W,e arrived on time at your Luton garage, the receptionist was on the ball and very quickly we were into the detail of how the system worked, all explained in an unhurried style by Ben, who made sure we were comfortable with tea while he disappeared to do the paper work. The whole process took about twenty minutes, there was no discussion over valuation, no suggestion of any admin charges. Upon completion Ben transported us to the station, came into the ticket office, found our platform was on the opposite side of the station and insisted on driving around.I cannot speak highly enough about our reception and treatment, I honestly did not think this level of service existed in the car industry.
