I was greeted courteously and offered refreshment when I arrived at their Sheffield showroom by Tom Nicholson . Paperwork then car inspected thoroughly and test driven promptly when I arrived. Received offer only £50 under the online valuation for some undeclared scratches, stone chips and a small dent where someone had opened their door on rear wing. Paperwork completed and payment made into my bank promptly the next day (due to Bank Holiday). I was even given a lift to the Station on completion. Thanks Tom for the great service.
