We were seated near quite a cold and draughty position by kitchen walkway - apparently previous customers asked to be moved our waitress advised - we really should have done the same. Suggest move the booth 6 inches inwards and out of the walkway completely. Food was very average, luke warm and very disappointing given we had to wait almost 40 minutes from being seated to our food finally being served. We've eaten at many Miller & Carter before - Newbury Park 20-30 times, simply superb. Chelmsford we have tried twice in the four years since moving to the area. Both times have not been a pleasant experience to be honest - will not eat here again.
