Great Product, Terrible Attitude to Customers We have been buying from Millies for 3 years. This time the delivery of wet food was randomly split by DPD to two deliveries spaced out over the afternoon causing difficulties for my job. Things can go wrong on occasion and customer services are meant to be there for when they do. The 'Computer says...' attitude of the staff including the manager left an unpleasant taste. They as much as said they don't care about problems for their customers and boasted about how much they ship a day. Not sure if I will continue with them, I am looking at alternatives.
