The quality of the product is absolutely first class, but sadly they don't care about customer experience. I was a customer for nearly 3 years, ordering £100+ per month in kibble. I never once received any discount codes or valued customer vouchers. Recently their courier (DPD) let me down badly. When I complained there was no offer to compensate, even on future orders. They tried to imply this was the first time I'd had problems with DPD when the reality is that DPD is a shocking organisation with no means of handling bad practice. When I explained to Millies Wolfheart my concerns and the need to take my custom elsewhere they didn't even bother to reply. Their confidence in their product undermines their customer service attitude. I'm now with one of their competitors.
