Shipping was good, I didn't use customer service. I was a little disappointed in this bra, but it's not totally the bras fault. The fabric is nice, the style is also nice, but I was hoping it would offer more support for my uneven breasts. It just doesn't offer enough support for my uneven girls. Since I can't return it after I wore it, I'll just lounge around the house in it. All good.
