Booking online was easy. The staff member wasn't initially available at the opening time when I went to drop off my bags, which was concerning (the tourist desk within Q1 Hotel, Gold Coast, Queensland). The hotel staff seemed unsure when they would arrive. When they did arrive they were efficient and my bags were stored in a locked room. Bag retrieval at the end of the day was quick and easy.
