I have to say I was skeptical at first to buy from Miners Depo due to the mixed reviews from years past, but many friends recommended them so I figured it was worth a shot and got myself a KS2. It took 12 days to arrive using BTCPay which is good enough. It looks like the company has improved over the years so I'm going to be a returning customer. Thanks Miners Depo. UPDATE: The miner I received had hashrate issues and I reached out to Miners Depo to help me debug, which resulted in no success, as the miner had hardware faults in the hashboard. They did not offer a replacement to me but instead redirected me to reach out to the manufacturer to resolve this issue (No success thus far). UPDATE 2: Miner Depo reached out to me again to try and resolve the issue, I got a fast response from the manufacturer after they reached out on my behalf, and was then able to get the miner working as expected after applying a firmware update that they released soon after I reported the issue. The whole process could still have been smoother and less lengthy considering the profit lost during that time, but I'm glad that Miners Depo attempted to resolve this. It gives me more hope to use their services again.
