I made my purchase through your new OZ Minisport site and I must say that although your prices are better than those of the two Australian suppliers that I normally use, the rest of your service was not as good as theirs. For the item that I purchased, they would have sent it by Star Track couriers ( a division of Australia Post ) and it would have only cost me $15.00 and it would have arrived within 5 days. You on the other hand sent it by Royal Mail ( signed International ). This means even though you have a place of business here in Australia located at 20 SCOTT STREET, BAIRNSDALE VICTORIA, 3875 AUSTRALIA, my item was sent from the UK. I might as well just have used the UK site. I paid the same in postage and it tokk the same time to arrive.
