While the product selection is quite good, the inability to know if an item is in stock or not through the website is frustrating. After order communication is non-existent and an order can sit for days/weeks/months without any customer communication. Even inquires on order status are responded with vague answers and non committal for dispatch.
Long delays between order and delivery, with zero status communication from minisport is driving my business elsewhere.
I own an eCommerce company, I'm well educated in this type of operation; Minisport is severely lacking in customer service / communications and loosing business because of it!
