I'm quite pleased with Mini Zoo--its service as well as its products. In terms of tracking and keeping the client up to date on the whereabouts of the shipped package, Mini Zoo is second to none in terms of customer service and conscientiousness. I always have a good idea of where my package is and I'm pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrives, despite the distance between Australia and Canada.
