The prices are usually a little better than most places. The fact that you can hold games up to six months is great. My biggest complaint with them is there slow customer service. Leaving a message or sending an email takes days for a response. Other places do it usually within 24 hours. Recently, I sent an email to send all my pending orders and three weeks later they write me an email telling me that my orders are coming up to the six month maximum so I need to release them.
