How you rectify, is what good organisation do. Thay failed. I had to pay over the odds for alternative transport and nearly missed my flight. The stress was unbelievable for the failure of Minicabit. They failed to pay alternative transport or assurance that in future this will not happen in future. What I got is sorry our driver did not turn up. We will refund money. Is this good enough excuse! No compensation for extra expense of alternative transportation, due to their failure let alone for stress.
