I ordered a heated jacket for my granddaughter for Christmas but unfortunately did not take into account the fact that she is Autistic and tends to 'fiddle' with things and my son and daughter in law thought it was an excellent idea but it was not suitable for her.
I therefore returned the coat explaining this problem and Minty Melons immediately dealt with my request and refunded my money in full.
I would recommend them to anyone.
