Only ordered my item yesterday. Just a little disappointed that when ordering I wasnt given an estimated delivery date. Today I recieved an email stating it will be between July 14th and August 3rd. It's a present for my sons birthday Friday! Not a major issue but wouldn't have ordered originally if I knew how long it would be. I look forward to seeing his face when he finally receives it though. Had an email yesterday explaining delivery should be much quicker than stated, and given partial refund. I feel very confident in this company and will reccomend them in the future
