I was experiencing minor problem with one of my Minute device. The problem was that the unit got disconnected from my WiFi and I had difficulty getting the Motion Alarm to work again. However, the problem is solved now. I suspect the fault might have been with my WiFi - I contacted Minut help desk/ support and I was asked few questions and asked to check if the unit was registering any Motions since the Alarm stopped working, which it had done when I checked. I then tested the Motion Alarm and everything was working 100 percent. Thank you "My" for your help and speedy reply. I have already ordered two more units and more orders will follow.
