Horrendous product and even worse customer support. Their customer support is non-existent, you cannot get in touch with a human, they literally could care less about your use of the product, they just want you to buy buy buy. They sent a dead device. It will not turn on. It takes them days just to send you a canned response that they will get to your support request in 48hrs, then they goes you for a week. You cannot get support whether calling or by email. Our device simply won't charge or turn on. Terrible and non-existent service. They should be ashamed of themselves, and new customers should look for better alternatives, seek a company that actually cares rather than one that provides heavy marketing but false hopes.
