Writing about this company makes me extra angry because they’re a) capitalizing on the fact that they have (so far) a unique product, and b) that the people using this are likely in a very vulnerable and desperate place and are willing to just throw money at the problem. I dropped $800 on wands and never received a receipt or tracking number. They just ‘forgot’. Had to spend a week obsessively emailing them to get a response. The shipping and returns issue is real too- SURPRISE YOU HAVE TO RETURN SHIP IT TO CHINA!!!!!! do you know how expensive it is to ship things there?? Also, guess what? THE WANDS EXPIRE. And like, not within 5 years or a reasonable time frame… no, they expire within a year! And they literally will not work with the device. They have a monopoly on this market and it’s even more sickening because of the nature of what the product is trying to help with. It breaks my heart for people that have to deal with Mira. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’d give them 0 stars if it was an option. And let’s just talk quickly about how there’s no HUMAN BEING you can talk to at this company as well as no way (except on private forums or reddit) to leave a review. Like, all their ‘reviews’ on their website…? Where can I leave an HONEST one???
