Mira has disappointed me. The costume service is horrible. I am trying to resolve a problem with a delivery for three days, but there is nobody to talk to. They packed my order using a wrong address, and now they want me to wait for the product to go back to them in order to send me a new one. It was their mistake when packaging my order; they should send me a new product, immediately. Which they refuse to.
