Ich hatte die Jacke als Geschenk für meinen Sohn zu Weihnachten bestellt. Die Jacke war ausgefranst, ohne Etikett und roch stark nach Weichspüler. Vermutlich handelte es sich um eine gebrauchte Jacke.
Da mein Sohn ein großer Fan von diesem Bodybuilder ist, hatte er sich eigentlich sehr über das Geschenk gefreut. Die Freude war natürlich sehr getrübt durch diese Situation.
Außergewöhnlich gut war der Service da wir nach kurzer Zeit eine neue Jacke zugeschickt bekommen haben. An dieser Stelle ein Kompliment an ihr Unternehmen.
