A good experiencia. My recommendation is to have a better communication from the moment we buy a product to the moment we get the parcel.
Mine was a pre-order. Considering other brands, I was expecting to see the estimated day that would be shipped. From the moment I completed the purchase, I had to wait 18 days to get it. DHL were great. As soon it was posted, I got all the alerts I wanted.
