Worst Company Ever – Wrong Product Sent and Poor Customer Service" Review: I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from Mirraw. I ordered a saree that was advertised as dark blue, but what I received was a completely different color—pure black—and the quality was far below what was promised. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive to my request for a full refund, despite my numerous emails explaining that this was not my mistake, but theirs. I understand their policy on non-returnable stitched items, but this situation is different. I received the wrong product and poor quality material, yet they continue to offer minimal refunds (starting at 10%, then 15%), which is completely unacceptable. Why should I, as the customer, be penalized for an error on their end? Their lack of proper customer service and failure to address the issue has been incredibly frustrating. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience—buyer beware
