This is my first and last time ordering. I sent email complain, but don’t think they’ll have any reply nor solution. And I will tell my experience to all my friends, and post on social media also. Today the package arrived. The courier UPS delivered it to me, but I was very angry about how I was treated and want to file a complain. 1.The driver did not wear mask nor gloves and did not keep social distance from me, I tried to keep social distance but because he wanted to charge €80 custom charge from me. 2. I was not told that I have the option to reject the package. I was frightened by the driver and just wanted to end it as soon as possible, so handed over my debit card for payment. 3. After I paid the amount, considering what I paid, I just don’t want those cloths anymore. So I rejected the package. The driver said there is no need to do so because it will still be marked as delivered. I will never order again. So disappointed
