Avoid at all costs...
I returned my unopened parcels back to their warehouse( practically refused delivery!) after you didn’t cancel them. They both were delivered on the 29th of April according to their website and tracking information on the currier website. after emailing them back and forth for two weeks, they finally got back to me asking me to provide the date of return and proof of postage,along with details of what was returned! I had to screenshot their own website that the items are marked as delivered and also gave them all the information...a few days after they Have now only refunded me for one of my parcels?! What happened to the second one??? They were sent back together!! Please refund the rest of my hard earned money! Why should you have my money for a month when I have never ever even touched any of your stuff!
This is my first and last time shopping with them. I have never dealt with such poor customer service! This has been a terrible experience.
