I made an order and paid for next day delivery. Mid way through the morning of delivery I receive an email telling me my package hasn't been dispatched and that I will receive it the following day. The following day comes and I receive another email apologising because one of my items is out of stock, but still no sign of the parcel. Finally I chase it up and they tell me it has been dispatched and is with the courier service, out for delivery the FOLLOWING day. The next day comes and I click on the tracking link, however no tracking info is found. I sent the company 5 emails and after hearing nothing I called the courier company to check the whereabouts of my package, only to be told they have no packages for my address. So on 3 occasions I have been told my package will arrive the following day, the third time I was lied to by Missguided who claimed the courier now had my package in their possession. I have contacted my bank and had the charges refunded into my account. Should the parcel turn up at any point it will be turned away. Disgusting service, do not use them.
