I received the a wrong top. I requested for the correct item to be shipped, and to send return labels so I could mail back the incorrect item. In the first e-mail that I received, they did not address any of the concerns I had. It was automated and all the information that was available was that I could receive a full refund if I mailed back the item with my own money. I sent a response stating why I was paying additionally and how I could receive the correct item. They basically claimed they could not do anything to help me with postage and would only amend their mistake if I sent back their item. Practically giving me no option other than to pay postage and receive store credit on the money sent to get my order corrected. That's just unacceptable. I understand if it was my fault or I had wanted an exchange due to something being incorrect on my end but holding the buyer responsible for their company mistakes is horrible conduct. Plus receiving an automated response to your e-mail inquiries when the customer is addressing issues they have with their order is horrible customer service. I would not recommend shopping with them. Even if the items are decent upon arrival, any type of issues you have with them will be glazed over and it will not be resolved fairly. I have sent my dispute to PayPal. Know your rights as a consumer and do NOT let companies like this take your money.
