Missguided is the worse clothing company to work with. I order 2 dresses and a purse totaling at $166 on Sept 4th (sometime in the A.M). I request expedited shipping due to the following week ( week of the 13th) I would be going out of town and would be out of town for 3 weeks (keep in mind return policy is 14 days). As I am waiting for tracking information I decided let me go through the actual site because I had not received an email with tracking information. I went to the site and SAW THERE that my items were on hold due to the company needing to verify my billing address. I had to do this once before so I just sent what I sent before a picture of my drivers license and front of a bank statement showing my address. They advise that was not good enough (this make no sense because clearly my card would not go through if the information i sent to you was not correct). I am sending pictures of my personal information to someone I do not know. They then told me that the letter needed to be open (why?! so you can see how much I have in my account). I open the letter and that was not good enough because it was not recent (bank statement is not something you just have laying around). I advise that this is something that I should not have to do AND I had no recent. I still have not received a response. I requested a refund but I am just waiting. I would say NEVER EVER use there site go to Asos they sell the clothes there IF you have to have that item.
