Ive ordered several times from Missguided.co.uk and to be very honest, I keep ordering because the clothes are great quality and very trendy HOWEVER I am at ends with this company and their customer service representatives. They are not well informed, VERY incompetent and tardy in their responses. I am BEYOND frustrated with this company. Even with UK orders they mess up and send wrong items and repeat packages. When it comes to international orders, their courier service DPD is HORRIBLE and despite leaving SEVERAL contact numbers, NO ONE has contacted me. As a result my package was send back to Missguided and I have asked to have the same package shipped to a UK address, til now i am still uncertain what the answer is. NO ONE seems to know anything.
