Order One: I order next day delivery on a Friday night - NO SIGN OF IT - I email on the Tuesday as it has still not arrived to be told
'if I still want it it will take 5 workings days to process and then it will be dispatched' (even though it was next day delivery I asked for) I decline and say '
'I'm quicker re-ordering and paying for next day delivery again' to then be told
'two of the things you ordered are not in stock in the size you wanted'
So basically Missguided took the money out of my account knowing they did not have my sizes and hoped I would just wait.....I recived a refund and giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought I will try once more so I ordered Two days later:
Order 2: some other things and clicked once again 'next day delivery' and to my boyfriends address down south.....ONCE AGAIN it failed to show the following day, I then had a call from the courier on Saturday to say it would not be arriving Saturday as their delivery driver had called in sick. I was going back home to Scotland from down South on the Sunday so Monday delivery was no option and the only thing I could do was change my delivery until the following Wednesday, today is now Wednesday and I have waited in until 6pm when the latest time they deliver and it has not shown.....I have then went out and came home to a letter to rebook saying the earliest day I can get it is now Friday....ONE WHOLE WEEK AFTER IT WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED!! I have now asked Missguided to get in touch with their courier and send it back to them as I will not be available Friday and it's too late.
Completely unacceptable and recommend that you shop elsewhere before using this company unless you have weeks to wait for your next day delivery.
