After seeing multiple bad reviews about missguided all over the internet, I still thought I'd give them a try and hoped my experience would be better. Bad idea.
I ordered my skirt on Sunday night before 9pm so it was definitely able to be delivered the next day. I paid the expensive £5 charge for next day delivery and was excited to receive my item. However, today I received an email saying that someone attempted to deliver my order but apparently "nobody was home to receive the order", even though every member of my family was in at the time - a blatant lie. From the looks of things, many other customers have had a similar experience with missguided's "next day" delivery service. Very disappointing that the company is unprincipled enough to lie. After reading many other's experiences, I'm not optimistic that my package will come in the next few days either. Disgraceful that they are charging £5 when they can not even be bothered to deliver what people are paying for.
