The clothes are always very beautiful and on trend, yet the delivery and customer service is awful. My clothes didn't arrive, even when it was next day delivery and so the event came and went and I couldn't wear them. I then find out your charged to return the items!
They offered me 10% off my next shop with them, but I don't think I want to shop with them again. I would rather they accept my returns free of charge, and provide me with some compensation for the mistake :(
Feel disappointed with the service, and with so many reviews re. bad delivery you would think they would have changed the way the delivery system works! Real shame they don't have a better system in place. They need to read 5* Customer Service by Michael Heppell. He would have a field day with this kind of thing!
