Woah, so many negative reviews... To be fair, all my orders have been next day delivery and it has come the following morning! All good. Some of my best purchases have been from there :D HOWEVER, they have a habit of not sending me the right stock, or sending me stock with rips in them. I have emailed once complaining and was told via email that I will receive 20% off my next purchase as a good will gesture..... Cool story bro. That never happened :-) I didn't even know how to activate such voucher. The email was really vague. But yes, I do still shop here because some of these products are fabulous for what it's worth... Oh and the dresses, absooooluuutely thumbs up! :P some constructive criticism - don't hesitate to make a few improvements on the customer service lads!
