I like there clothing and I have ordered quite a few items from them. However, there customer service is AWFUL.
They can't process refunds and exchanges correctly. The amount of times I have requested an exchange and they just don't bother even when the item is in stock.
And they are very often out of stock of items they show online.
I know they are a young company, but they've been around for long enough now to have decent customer service. It's still a poor standard and the assistants that have dealt with my orders most of the time have been useless.
They need to learn from ASOS.
