I ordered a jacket at the end of September, thank goodness I didn't need it for a special occasion. I feel like the shipping was turtle-speed slow. The jacket itself is great, but I was beginning to think I was never going to receive it. Missguided sent me a confirmation when I ordered, another email to say it had shipped, then another email saying it would arrive in "3 business days."
That last email was on October 6th. The package didn't arrive until TODAY October 13th, nearly a week after they said to expect it. The tracking details were a little shady the whole time too. I think it's great that you guys are trying to give people a heads up about shipping but make sure it's at least somewhat accurate, especially if that person has ordered for a special occasion.
I would probably order from here again if I saw something I really LOVED, otherwise, I'll stick to my tried and true online stores, where I KNOW I'll get my package in 2 days.
