I've ordered an item exactly a week ago to which I haven't received at all. The only update I've had from Hermes was that it was transferred to my local courier (bare in mind this was 24hrs after I placed the order) ,didn't hear any updates after that. I've tried to call misguided, both of their numbers are busy/unavailable so I went on their live chat several times over the past few days. I even spoke to a Hermes advisor, they couldn't help. Previous misguided advisors told me to continue waiting when I knew it wasn't going to show up :/ It took until an hour ago for them to confirm I was getting a refund. Disappointed is an understatement, complete waste of my time as the item was meant to be a Christmas present. I won't be shopping on here again.
