I've received a poorly sewn jumper which would fall apart after wearing it one day, threads loose even after sewing it back 2 times it would still fall apart at both sides of the neck.
They told me I could return it and they would send out a new one, I had to pay for the return costs myself (?). The only thing I could get is a discount code worth of the returning costs.
I've send it back to them registered and had to email them after I saw they already received it a week ago, they told me they would send a new jumper but after 2 days I got half of the money refunded. They don't want to give me a discount code for the registered return costs I've made even when I've send them a picture of the receipt and the returned package with the stamp on it.
Customer service it the worst, you can expect automatic responses and in the middle of a email conversation they will just say ' Sorry we can't find your info, can you send your order number again?'.
