I have ordered with Missguided many times and I always have troubles. They do not even offer the possibility to call customer service, only to chat with consultants who are like robots and who in no way actually help you.
This time I ordered 3 tops and clicked on next day delivery but instead the website redirected it to delivery in 3-5 working days. So I sent an e-mail to customer service asking if they could up me out and change it to next day delivery. So what do they do?
They cancel my order. But I never asked them to cancel it? And yet on the chat they are saying it is my fault and that I did ask for the refund. I try to tell them that I never in no such words asked for a refund but I am just ignored and told that they cannot do anything.
Appalling customer service, makes me wonder why even bother for all the hassle? Online shopping is meant to be hassle free...
