I have returned 2 dresses & I have only received the refund for one of my dress and each time I contacted Missguided I've been told that I've either already received the refund or it will take 4-10 days..weeks after I still have not received my refund for my 2nd dress and each time I'm getting fob off by Missguided.
The customer service was so poor and to top it all off I cannot get a straight answer to where my refund is or when I will receive it. I am so disappointed with the treatment by Misguided I never thought these things happen any more customer obviously don't come first. Policy and procedures needs to be looked at Missguided I've been so frustrated by your process.
Don't bother to shop there it may be at a reasonable price but not good for your mental health if anything goes wrong! You'll might go crazy trying to sort thing out with them! they are quick to take your money but not quick to refund or make things right when they go wrong. They are good at fobbing you off with email....also save yourself the stress don't bother
