Their customer service is terrible.
I oredered two items. One was out of stock and I've been refunded.
The one that got shipped got lost on the way. Wrote them an email explaining and they said I have already been refunded. Told them only for an item that was out of stock.
It took 15 emails and I still haven't been refunded for an lost parcel. They said I will be refunded for a top, I had to ask them to refund me for delivery too. Refund should be on my acc in 48h. Nope. Contacted them again and they said if I can send a copy of proof from post office (???).
Then went on a web site chat, explained again... now I am waiting for my money, see how this goes.
Never again. You have to explain 20 times that your order was lost in transit.
