Everything! My initial order went wrong from when I initially ordered my item and the autofill put in the wrong address, which I believed and thought that I rectified straight away. Obviously it was not that simple was it. I believed that I changed the address to the one that I have lived in for over 30 years, and yes I online shop ALL THE TIME. You would have thought that thus was the first time I had ordered online. However it seemed that my payment was accepted and taken all with the auto filled address generated by Misguidance...ooops Missguided..Obviously that was not my address. I frantically proceeded to see if this could be rectified within a split second of pressing submit...shick horror..no..yes I mean NO customer service number to be found so I thought ok, online chat...Yes it literally is a chat like with a stroppy 13 year old who doesn't want to talk to you or they do because they have too. So unhelpful so uninformative. They could not help and had to wait for the almighty dispatch email...48 hours time they said...ok it came....they said I CAN change the address once it has been dispatched...WRONG! thats what the CUSTOMER SERVICE adviser TOLD me. Nope not true. They delivered to the wrong address...they refused the delivery as expected but tried to deliver it 3 more times to the WRONG address. Don't forget during this time I have had 6 more chats with unhelpful customer service advisers...the responses to my wrong address dilemma 1. you have to liaise with the dispatcher where you can change the address to the correct address...WRONG....you can change the address with us...over the chat I repeatedly gave them the correct delivery address where the said it could be re despatched....WRONG....then they said a refund Issue ok....then they offered to re despatch.. then I was offered a refund...then I got an email saying my item was delivered to the address...the wrong address obviously thats within an hour of them telling me I will get a full refund...lol I mean this company is what we call a cowboy outfit. The staff are clueless and only say or are told to advise CUSTOMERS what will make them come out of their chat room quickly...they try and pass the buck and do not take ownership to really help customers. I mean what to you expect they have no number you can use and speak to a human being....The likes if their chat room hosts could be computer generated for all we know. I ADVISE ANYBODY who works hard for their money NOT to ever use this site....their competitors are so much better than them.....
