Awful customer service.
Ordered a dress, tried it on and it wasn’t suitable.
Returned the dress in its original packaging with tags. Noticed the dress had an odd smell but some new materials do.
The refund was refused due to the dress having a ‘bad smell’ which they said I had caused.
The dress smelt bad when I received it!
They insisted they couldn’t return it but could give me 30% off my next order.
Now I’m stuck with a dress I don’t want and won’t receive my money back!
Will never be shopping with misguided again.
