I can’t even begin to explain how bad the service was that I received from missguided. I ordered a dress with two day delivery and It never came on the second day. I continued to wait. By the third day the tracking information said it was out for delivery, when it didn’t arrive in the evening I got onto customer service and they ensured me it would arrive. It didn’t. Next day the same story, it was supposedly out for delivery but never arrived. My dress for an important event was now already theee days late and was creeping up to close for comfort for me. I contacted again and they arranged a next day delivery replacement dress. That came on time but it was damaged and unwearable. Missguided is a complete waste of time and money and I would recommend you stay away.
