Spoke to Charlotte on live chat this morning - she was amazing! Told her about a delivery issue I had from yesterday, Hermes would not deliver my order to my original address, so yesterday I had asked if I could change the address and was told that I'd have to wait till today to see if Hermes can do that. Explained that to Charlotte this morning and she suggested to send a replacement order to my new address as Hermes had not got in touch. I really appreciate Charlotte coming up with an alternative which means I'll be getting my order tomorrow! Thanks Charlotte :)
