Should be an option for negative stars.
I live in Australia and couldn't be bothered paying for the express delivery so I went for the 5-10 business days option. 11 days after I've placed my booking I STILL haven't received an email to inform me it has been dispatched. Have e-mailed demanding a refund. Bloody useless.
