I have very mixed feelings about Missguided. The thing that lets it down most is their returns system. Delivery is always great (although I did receive 2 right feet for a pair of shoes I had been waiting aaaages to come back into stock!). The clothes and shoes are of good quality and prices are generally good for the value. The returns however really put me off ordering. There is never any updates from missguided throughout the whole process and I have physically had to contact Missguided to ask where a refund is - once contacted they are able to issue it straight away! I would have lite confidence in placing more orders if the returns process was was More user friendly. If we were kept up to date instead of waiting and waiting and then having to contact them for the issue to be refunded then they would probably get more business.
