Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I signed up for a promotion that included a free Bride sweatshirt. Instead, I was told I had signed up for a different promotion—the “Name Change Promotion”—which offered less value. This was frustrating, as I carefully selected the promotion I wanted and expected the company to honor it. It felt like a bait and switch. After a frustrating exchange with customer service, they refused to provide the sweatshirt for free and instead offered it at a “discounted” rate of $30. When I pointed out that this was unacceptable since it was supposed to be free, I asked for a refund. They then informed me that the only option was to cancel my subscription. What kind of company doesn’t offer refunds? Overall, my experience was not what I had hoped for, and I was left feeling let down. I wouldn’t recommend MissToMrsBox.com based on this experience.
