I subscribed to the service for my daughter to have something to receive to keep her excited about her wedding during Covid quarantines!! She sent me a video of her opening each box. She loves everything you send!!! I highly recommend. If you are in doubt, there is a great YouTube video of a girl who opens hers live. This convinced me to subscribe.
