I have been ordering parts for my car. Honda Accord 2011, 2.2i dtec. Cabin filter it is completely wrong. Even on the box from cabin filter it is written 98> Accord CG/CH and my Accord is 2011 CU3. Trying to find any contact email. It's completely wrong part. That cabin filter it's not for Accord 2011. How is this possible that other few filters which came are OK but cabin filter it is wrong. Will be changing brake Discs tomorrow. I hope those discs are OK. Please somebody to contact me and resolve the mistake with cabin filter. It is bit annoying when you wait for parts 1 week and after that they are wrong. I hope mister-auto understand that. Another problem was with disc brakes which I fitted. They were screws missing which hold the disc in place. I have called mister auto and explained situation. They are very smart how to make money. If somebody is interested I can explain simply. Now they are telling me to print the label and send back the wrong part to them and after that they will refund me with the cost of my cabin filter. When I will get refund then I will be able to use this money again to buy right cabin filter. Now the smartest part. But my filter will cost only around 10€ so I will have to pay for delivering this part to me nearly 8 € haha. And this is why this company is scamming company. They know very well that nobody will bother with fighting for 8€ and they put wrong parts for a reason.... Mister Auto shame on you. I was hoping that this company it will be fair with their customers and they will resolve the problem the fastest way. But I was wrong. Another online smart scammers....
