First, great customer service. I had to reach out a couple of time with questions and each time it was simple and the owner himself was very responsive. Second, my dermatologist has commented on how good my skin looks. He asked what i had been using; maybe retinol? I told him red light therapy and he was intrigued. Third, I've not noticed much change in my sore lower back, left arm or knees which i had hoped i would but they certainly are no worse. Will continue to use my red light therapy. I’ve backed down to 15 minutes 3x a week. No regrets for me. Highly recommend.
