I raised a request for my air conditioner.
The customer relationship manager named SHAMA from Delhi NCR service centre, she asked me details, then when i was finding all details, she said sir call back again i have lot of customers flow right now. Is this the way your CRM’s behave with customers. I just want to ask why is she there if she can’t solve my problem??
After trying 2-3 times for 6minutes. Then i got chance and she was saying call back again. Please ask miss SHAMA why is she there if she doesn’t want to help customers.
